This policy outlines our commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of our work.
2. Definitions

- Diversity: The presence of differences within a given setting, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion, and socio-economic status.

6. Reporting and Accountability
Any individual who feels they have experienced or witnessed discrimination, harassment, or any form of inequality can report their concerns to the designated EDI officer. All reports will be treated seriously, investigated promptly, and addressed in accordance with our grievance procedures.
7. Review
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains relevant and effective in promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within Small Change Revolution.
