A problem shared is a problem halved

If you are working in the VCSE sector, would it help to chat about a problem you have with someone who has experience in the sector for more than 30 years?

Sometimes, having someone from outside can help by bouncing ideas around, getting some ‘in context’ insights with problems you might be having and receiving some ideas for the next steps.

With this in mind, the founder of Small Change Revolution has created Diagnostics, giving you access to him for an online consultation.

All sessions are confidential, focussed on you and your issue and seek clear SMART objectives for the next steps you can take.

How it works

1) You book a diagnostic slot, which will consist of a 40-minute surgery session.

2) You email Lloyd outlining the issue in as much detail as you think will help him to understand it.

3) You provide any supporting documents you think Lloyd might need to be familiar with before the session.

4) You meet in Zoom and have your session.

5) Following our session, you will receive an email with a summary of the session, confirmation of any agreed action points, and any other ideas Lloyd has that might help you in your context.
